Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time- After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your expected shipment and delivery datesIn general, shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days except for Email Parcels. To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality, and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide correct PIN Code and contact number. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.
  • Change Of Delivery Address-  For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been shipped. If the customer is not available for the freight delivery an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier. If the customer is not contactable, the delivery will be returned.
  • Parcels Damaged in Transit- If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service, If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
  • Email Parcels- In case the parcel is delivered through email or any other mode of digital communication, the time of sending email or message or communication by Profsindia.com, shall deemed to be the delivery of Parcel by way of email.
  • Cancellations- In case of requests for order cancellations, Profsindia reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.

  • Process for parcel lost in-transit- We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
