Refund and Returns Policy

At, Profsindia, we strive to offer you a quality Service (herein after termed Service or SaaS Service or products or software services) Providing quick, cost-effective, and helpful solutions for your professional and commercial life. We are also determined to provide you inexpensive, specialized pre- and post-sales, supplementary services, and consulting (collectively referred to as services). Given the variety of choices on the market, we value and are grateful for your patronage. We have created this policy to outline what will happen if we fall short of your expectations or if they are outside the realm of what we can reasonably achieve.

 

 

Cancellation of Services

Please let us know about your concerns if you have any within the stipulated time that you use our product. We will make every effort to resolve your issue, offer a workable solution, or provide a timeframe for a solution that will satisfy your needs. If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly give you a full refund for your purchases which are subject to Certain Conditions.

Return

At Profsindia Platform we just want you to be satisfied with our services. We also go beyond that; if at any point throughout the term of your contract we delete, alter, or stop providing functionality that was offered at the time you signed your contract, please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide you with a refund for the remainder of the contract if we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction in a timely way. At Profsindia.com if the user is not satisfied. we will initiate refund, up to 100% of your money, subject to stipulated conditions-

  1. All services that will be available are duly listed at Profsindia.com or its associated sites.
  2. Services will be accessible, subject to realization of payment as per terms of payment listed along with product plan at Profsindia.com or its associated sites.
  3. Before cancelling the services, any money spent on government fees or administrative costs will be subtracted from the payments.
  4. Only a written submission, accompanied by a good explanation for cancelling the services will be taken into consideration. 50% more costs will be kept as advisory fees beyond cancellation terms if there is no good justification.
  5. Profsindia reserves the right to make changes to the policy, periodically, without any prior Notice.
  6. Only the Chandigarh Jurisdictional Court shall have jurisdiction over all matters.

Exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (Full or Pro-Rated) when we have suspended or terminated your access to Profsindia Services/products due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

  4. Please be aware that Profsindia will be unable to investigate the complaint/grievance if any pertinent information is absent.

No guarantee or promise is made by Profsindia about the removal or accurate correction of any offensive content. The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, will be followed to handle any content concerns.
