The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) introduced the new ‘CA’ logo, representing Indian principles and dedication to achieve high standards in accounting.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organised a press conference on Thursday in Ahmedabad to provide information regarding the inaugural Global Professional Accountants Convention (GloPAC), which is being held at the Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, from November 24th to 26th, 2023. The theme of the conference is “Connecting the Globe, Creating Value.”

In attendance were CA. Aniket Sunil Talati, President of the ICAI, and CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal, Vice President of the ICAI. Also in attendance were CA. (Dr.) Sanjeev Kumar Singhal, Chairman of the ICAI Public Relations Committee, and CA. (Dr.) Anjali Choksi, Chairperson of the ICAI Ahmedabad Branch. The President of the ICAI made a statement to the media in which he discussed the significance of GloPAC as well as its breadth.

During this event, the Institute unveiled the new “CA” logo to the public. The new ICAI logo is a distinctive insignia that represents Indian principles while also expressing the ICAI’s goals of excellence, independence, and integrity. A group of designers in India created it. In addition to this, it underlines the accounting profession’s unwavering commitment to playing an active role in the construction of the country.
