The Employee Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has extended the deadline for linking Aadhaar to members’ Universal Account Numbers (UAN) in order to file Electronic Challan Cumulative Returns (ECR) through 31.03.2024.
The North Eastern Region, which includes the States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura, and specific categories of enterprises, including those engaged in beedi production, building and construction, and plantation industries, are covered by the expansion.
